Dan is an extremely good communicator at every step throughout the process and had the utmost patience with us trying to find our perfect home. He always had good advice when we were trying to submit competitive offers and was extremely professional. He truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way.

I was looking for a certain home with a difficult set of parameters. I went with Cutler on reviews I had seen, and a friend's advice. We chose Dan as our agent and we're not disappointed. Dan met with us and after hearing of what we wanted, he didn't sugar coat it.... what we were looking for was going to be difficult in our area, and budget. But he got at it immediately and had houses for viewing in a few short days. While nothing was really what we wanted, he suggested looking a little farther out from our target area and still not quite there. Dan kept looking, and several weeks and several different listing's we found one we liked. We asked about a possible bid and he said it sounded good. We bid, got out bid. Dan didn't stop we went back out and tried again. We found one, we bid, we got accepted. The home had some unforseen major electrical issue that needed attention. We consulted with Dan, and eventually asked that the repair estimate was subtracted from closing costs and buyer agreed. I would recommend Dan again, and again. And should I need to buy a property in the future, I'll definitely use Dan. He's a solid guy, and won't steer you into something you don't really like. Give him a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Dan was beyond helpful! He put in a lot of time to help use find the perfect home. He made himself available anytime we needed. He was vary helpful and patient. He was vary helpful in every aspect of the home buying process. From showing a home to handing us the keys he was there to answer any and all questions we had, and we had a lot of questions lol. Always answered are phone calls or called back in a timely manner. I hope I never need to move agean because moving furniture is not vary fun but if I did Im using Dan Stoup!
