It took months to find the right house. At the last minute or days in advance Dan was always readily available and accommodating. He’s genuine and one of a kind! We won’t use another realtor.

Dan went above and beyond our expectations through the entire process. He worked on our contract until after midnight on a Saturday so our contract could be submitted to the listing agent the following morning. His communication was great and he responded quickly with answers to each request we asked of him. The evening we closed he came out to our property as we were clearing land to extend his congratulations and bring us a huge bucket full of snacks and items for us to grill. Dan helped the buying process run smoothly and not only was he professional but he truly shared in our happiness with us. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
